The handle itself is lightweight and has a slight knurling and is long enough to fit properly in bigger hands. The connection system has 2 pivot points with bearings which makes the movement incredibly smooth and kink free but also cuts down on friction where most ropes would rub up against the handle.

Warning: Although the speed rope wire is fray resistant, the nylon coating is not! We do not recommend using the rope over an abrasive surface, as it will wear out much quicker.
