Sold as a pair: one price buys two dumbbells. The Nuobell 550 replaces ten pairs of traditional dumbbells with one compact set, adjusting from 5 to 50 lb per dumbbell with a quick twist of the handle. Each dumbbell is built from two 2.5 lb and seven 5 lb steel weight plates, and you change the load by twisting the knurled handle while the dumbbell sits in its cradle.

• Sold as a pair (2 dumbbells); each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 50 lb
• Twist-handle weight selection while the dumbbell rests in its cradle
• Rounded plates with no gaps and a centre rod that stops flush, so it feels like a traditional dumbbell
• Knurled handle for a secure grip
• Compact: about 16" long with a diameter just over 7"
• Steel and plastic construction; cradles included
• Handle with care: the selection mechanism can be damaged if the dumbbell is dropped
